CCYS is a non-profit organization run mainly by the parents of our players. We rely heavily on our parents to take on leadership roles including coaches, assistant coaches, managers, age directors, directors and president as well as other roles within the club. Parents may volunteer when registering players by clicking on the Volunteer button. These volunteers work together to execute our club's mission of providing soccer to boys and girls in the communities of Concord and Carlisle. While the majority of our time is spent setting up and conducting business of the season, some of these volunteers also serve as the slate of officers who manage the day-to-day operations of the club. These officers are responsible for the administration of the club's mission. They meet monthly to execute club business. These meeting dates and times are posted on the Club Calendar and are open to all our members. We welcome your participation.
CCYS has two programs; travel (Grades 3-12) and in-town (Pre-K to Grade 6). General information is listed below about practices and uniforms. Our programs are run separately and have different requirements. For details about each of these programs including eligibility, click here to go to the Program Information page under About CCYS.
For our Travel and In-Town programs, generally practices are conducted during the week during the season. In-Town practices once per week (except for Pre-K) and Travel practices twice per week. Practices are set by coaches about three weeks prior to the season opening and may take place in either Concord or Carlisle. For more details about practices, click here to go to the Game and Practice Info page.
CCYS Uniforms are the SAME for both Travel and InTown. All players need to purchase one White Uniform Jersey and one Maroon Uniform Jersey directly through the Challenger Team Store. Players are also required to wear black shorts (white stripe is optional) and black socks. The shorts and black socks may be purchased locally at Brines in Concord or Soccer Stuff in Acton. You may also order shorts and socks, through the Challenger Team Store.
If you are new to our club, you will need to set up a family account with AdminSports, our registration provider. During this setup, you will be asked to enter information about your players as well as health insurance information as well as physician's and emergency contact data. Please have this information available. Once the account is setup you may register players. If at any time you need to update your family's information, you may log into this account. Most data can be updated by you including email addresses. Of course, if you need assistance, please email the club. Click here to go to the Registration page which contains details of our current season and a link to registration login.
