InTown Soccer Information

Registration is open through August 2 for CCYS InTown Soccer for players in Grades PreK- 4

Program Information – Season runs from September 14th – November 2nd (8 weeks) Teams are released to parents at the end of August. Rosters can be viewed on the Adminsports Family Page.

PreK: All PreK players must be 5 by September, 1 2025. One session a week on Saturday.

  • Time: 9am Saturday mornings 
  • Location: All PreK players will play at the same location. TBD but will most likely be Alcott School or Emerson Field in Concord. 
  • Cost: $145
  • Uniform: A CCYS t-shirt which is included in the registration fee. 

Kindergarten: One session a week on Saturday.

  • Time: 10:30am Saturday mornings 
  • Location: All Kindergarten players will play at the same location. TBD but will most likely be the CCHS Turf Field in Concord. 
  • Cost: $145
  • Uniform: A CCYS t-shirt which is included in the registration fee. 

Grade 1: One weekday practice and one game on Saturday

  • Game Time: 12 noon Saturday 
  • Practice: All grade 1 players will practice on the same day. (different days for boys and girls) Day & Time TBD
  • Game Location: Boys – Ripley Field, Concord; Girls – Spaulding Field, Concord
  • Cost: $155
  • Uniform: A CCYS t-shirt which is included in the registration fee. 

Grade 2: One weekday practice and one game on Saturday

  • Game Time: Boys 9am Saturday mornings; Girls 10:20am Saturday mornings 
  • Practice: All grade 2 players will practice once a week. Practice days and times are determined by the volunteer coach.
  • Game Location: Banta Davis Field, Carlisle (both boys and girls)
  • Cost: $165
  • Uniform: All players in grades 2-8 wear a uniform jersey. Please go to https://ccysoccer.org/node/75 for information on ordering. 

Grade 3-4: One weekday practice and one game on Saturday. Teams will be created dynamically each week based on number of players attending. Click Here for more information.

  • Games: Boys - 10:20am Saturday mornings; Girls - 9am Saturday mornings 
  • Practice: All grade 3-4 players will practice once a week in the same location. Practice days and times are determined by the volunteer coach.
  • Game Location: Rideout Field, West Concord (both boys & girls)
  • Cost: $165

Volunteering: Volunteers run the program; over 150 are needed each season.  Please volunteer when registering your child. For more information about becoming an InTown coach, please click here.

  • Be sure to update/add all necessary contact information specific to the volunteer listed in the form. This is the primary way we communicate all of our program information.
  • Volunteers are required to have a completed CORI on file with CCYS before working with players.  Click here for more information about CORI background checks and other requirements.

Registration fees

  • On-time registration includes a $25 non-refundable administrative fee.  
  • Financial assistance for registration fees is available for those families in need.  Please fill out a fee waiver request form with your reason for requesting a fee waiver. Waiver requests are handled confidentially.  Registration is not considered complete until you submit your fee waiver request via email and it is approved by the club.
  • Credit and Debit cards are accepted. 
  • Partial refunds may be granted for withdrawal. Click here to see our refund policy.  No refunds for non-medical reason are granted after teams are released. 

Late Registrations (Registering after August 2nd, 2024):

  • There is a late fee of $25 for all late registrations (grades K-4).  If you are new to the program you may request a one-time waiver of the late fee.
  • Placement priority is given to players new to the program. All others will be held on the waitlist and placed, if there is room, just prior to roster release.
  • Late registering players should contact your age director to see if there is room. We try very hard to place late registering players but team placement is not guaranteed.  .
