Requests for refunds must be made by e-mail to the CCYS Administrator, not your child's coach.
All refund requests will be reviewed by the CCYS staff.
A non-refundable administrative fee will be deducted from any refund granted. The InTown soccer administrative fee is $25. The Travel soccer administrative fee is $50.
Refunds are applied as credits to your account for future registrations.
A refund check can be requested but is at the sole discretion of the CCYS Treasurer.

The injury must be reported to CCYS within two weeks of occurrence and accompanied by a doctor’s note.
100% credit of the registration fee paid minus the administrative fee will be issued if withdrawal occurs before the first game. The InTown soccer administrative fee is $25. The Travel soccer administrative fee is $50.
After the first game, the credit will be prorated by the number of weeks remaining in the season at the time
No credits will be issued after the middle of the season.

Initial team formation is approximately 2 months prior to the first game.
50% credit of the registration fee paid minus the administrative fee will be issued if withdrawal occurs after initial team formation and before roster release.
Roster release is approximately 3 weeks prior to the first game.
No refunds will be issued after roster release.

Financial assistance is available. Please fill out the fee waiver request form. Waiver requests are handled confidentially.

Registrations are not complete until the fee waiver request has been approved by the CCYS.

CCYS will refund the cost of both US Youth Soccer and Mass Youth Soccer sponsored coach licensing courses.
Submit the Certificate of Course Completion to our Administrator.
Please include the date and location where the training course was completed.
Please include a mailing address for the reimbursement check from CCYS.
